Any manufacturer's defects need to be reported within 30 days of delivery. It is HIGHLY recommended that pools be opened and inspected well prior to a due date so that if there is a manufacturing defect it can be replaced well in time for the birth. If a pool is purchased second-hand, the warranty is no longer in effect, even if it is within 5 uses or one year from the original purchase. Only an original purchaser can make a warranty claim.

Birth Supplies Canada will require the following to process your warranty claim:

• Passages Pool - Single Use
• La Bassine Personal Use - Single Use
• La Bassine Professional - 1 Year or 10 Uses
• Birth Pool in a Box Personal Use - Single Use
• Birth Pool in a Box Professional - 1 Year or 40 Uses
