📞 Phone Support Notice

Due to the ongoing challenges of e-commerce scams, fraud attempts, and text spam, we have transitioned to email and text-based communication only.

This change helps us:

  • Maintain a secure and traceable record of all conversations
  • Allow our team to collaborate more efficiently and provide better service

As part of this transition, several former phone lines are no longer in use for business purposes.

📩 Not Receiving Our Emails?

If you're not receiving order confirmations or shipping updates, don’t worry—there are a few common reasons this may happen, and we’re here to help you sort it out.

🔍 Step 1: Confirm Your Order Details

Please provide the following so we can investigate:

  • Your order number (if known)
  • The name on the order
  • The email address you intended to use at checkout

📝 Common Issue:
Sometimes customers accidentally mistype their email address during checkout (e.g., gmial.com instead of gmail.com). This will prevent our system from sending emails to you. We can manually update this on our end once we confirm your details.

📬 Step 2: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

Emails may also be incorrectly filtered. Please check your:

  • Junk or Spam folder
  • Promotions tab (for Gmail users)

Look for emails from:

  • orders @ birthsuppliescanada.ca (order-related updates)
  • info @ birthsuppliescanada.ca (general inquiries)

📌 Tip: Add these addresses to your safe sender list to avoid future issues.
