95% of orders ship within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). If your order is not going to ship promptly, we will email you to let you know as soon a possible. See product availability below.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
*All items in your order will ship together, regardless of availability.
- In Stock (Add to Cart): Likely to ship same day if ordered before 2pm
- Ships in 0-2 Days: Regularly stocked item. This may not be in stock at the hour of your order but inventory comes in/out daily so will likely ship same day or promptly
- Ships in 0-5 Days: Regular stocked item. Inventory comes in/out of stock weekly
- Ships in 1-3 Days: Quick to ship item that is not always in stock but can be ordered and shipped as quickly as next day.
- Ships in 2-3 Weeks: Special order item
WHY DO WE SOMETIMES SELL ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK?
While most items are in stock regularly, we do sell out of stock items as long as we know we can get them within our 3 day shipping goal. This allows us to rotate our stock and keep the freshest of expiry dates, especially for medical supplies. This is possible because our warehouse is located close to our major medical suppliers. If we do not feel confident that we can ship within a reasonable timeline, the items will be clearly identified on their product page as Sold Out, Pre-Order or Special Order, Ships in 1-2 Weeks, etc. so you are aware of longer than usual delays.
