We aim to keep shipping fees as close as possible to what we pay the couriers—our prices are not padded to offer “free shipping,” but rather focused on fair, transparent rates.

Can We Just Mail This Small Item Without Tracking?

We understand that small items might seem suitable for regular mail, but we do not offer non-tracked shipping services—and this policy is strictly enforced.

Here's why:

• 🚚 Tracking is essential for proof of shipment and delivery, especially due to the medical nature of our products.
• 💵 Because all packages include tracking, the minimum shipping fee across Canada is typically $10+.
• 📍 Shipping costs vary depending on your location. We ship from Alberta, so distant or remote addresses will incur higher rates.
• 🧮 Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product’s weight, dimensions, and your postal code.

💡 Tip: If you have the option to ship to an alternate address, try entering a different postal code at checkout—this may reduce the cost depending on the region.  PO Box addresses can be more expensive and limit to only one courier (Canada Post) - try a physical address instead and what rates UPS offers.
