- Securely processed online via Shopify Merchant Services
- We do not accept credit card information by phone or email
- We do not store card information or process payments manually—all transactions must be initiated by the customer online
Email Bank Transfer (Canada Only)

- Include your order number in the e-transfer notes to avoid delays
30-Day Terms (Gov’t & Health Regions Only)
- Available to approved Health Regions, Universities, and Canadian Government entities

💱 Currency & International Orders
- All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- International customers: your credit card provider will convert your total to your local currency using current exchange rates
🛒 Do You Offer Pre-Orders?
We do not offer pre-orders / pre-payment through our website at this time.
If a product is marked Sold Out, this means we do not yet have a confirmed restock date. We only open ordering once we are confident that items can ship promptly.
Here’s what you can do instead:
- Check the product page for any “Expected Restock” date (if known)
- Use the “Notify Me When Available” button to get an automatic email alert as soon as the product is back in stock
