You may return most unopened items to us within 30 days of delivery.  Some conditions apply (see below).  Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in resalable condition.  

Shipping fees for orders that have already shipped are non-refundable

• MEDICAL SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT - STRICT 30 DAY POLICY (Does not include liquids & short expiry items such a urinalysis sticks)
• STERILE WATERS - Non-returnable(IV Solutions, Saline, Sterile Waters....more)
• INCOMPLETE KITS - Non-returnable(If your purchased a "kit", all items must be returnable and all items in original kit must be included.  We do not refund partial kits.)
• PERSONAL ITEMS such as mesh panties - Non-returnable
• BIRTH POOLS - 120 DAYS as long as the pool has never been removed from the box and still in resalable condition
• NON-MEDICAL BIRTH SUPPLIES with expiration dates such a vitamins/ointments - 60 DAYS
• NON-MEDICAL BIRTH SUPPLIES without expiration dates - 120 DAYS
