Shipping during cold winter monthsUpdated a year ago

****Because it is cost prohibitive for most of our customers, we do not offer shipping in a temperature controlled way.   Please contact us for special quote should you require this service.

COMMERCIAL:  This is not usually an issue with commercial addresses.  Couriers typically deliver during business hours and someone will be there to receive your order.

RESIDENTIAL:  When ordering liquids, saline and such, please know that you will need to keep watch of tracking for your order so you are aware of when it is delivered so it does not get left at your doorstep for long periods of time during cold winter months.    *Elect to receive notifications via SMS at checkout if you will not be home at the time of delivery.

Adding a DO NOT FREEZE sticker to a box that includes liquids, has the potential to delay delivery times so we do not always add the sticker provided the items inside are ok to get cold and/or even freeze and still be ok to use.   (see notes below)

We do not refund items that have been left outside and freeze, crack, or damage as a result.  The items should not be affected if picked up from our warehouse, held in a courier vehicle or warehouse, then delivered to your business or home doorstep.  If you believe the courier mishandled your order and it was delivered frozen and thus damaged, please take photos and email or text them to us immediately so we can file a claim.  587-800-3595  or [email protected]

IMPORTANT:

If your items are left outside and are cold/frozen, please allow them to defrost naturally at room temperature.

POOL POOLS & LINERS:  These are made of plastic and will crack if you try to unfold them from frozen.

FROZEN SALINE:  Saline freezing in the vehicle of a midwife or paramedic is a common issue.  It will need to defrost naturally before it can be used, but otherwise ok to use.
