⏱️ How can I request priority processing for my order?
If your order is time-sensitive, please add a comment in the “Order Comments” section at checkout.
Be sure to include the word “PRIORITY” or “URGENT” in your message. This will automatically flag your order in our system and move it to the front of our fulfillment queue.
🛠️ How do you prioritize orders?
We typically process orders in the order they are received.
However, every morning our fulfillment team begins by packing and shipping all flagged priority orders first, before moving on to regular orders.
🚚 What qualifies as a priority order?
In addition to notes containing “PRIORITY” or “URGENT,” we also automatically prioritize orders with one of the following shipping methods selected at checkout:
- Canada Post Priority
- Canada Post Xpresspost
- UPS Express
📬 Will my priority shipping method guarantee same-day shipping?
Not necessarily.
Selecting an express shipping method like Canada Post Priority or UPS Express ensures your package travels faster once it has shipped.
However, same-day shipping is not guaranteed, as processing time depends on item availability and order volume.
If stock is available, we’ll do our best to ship your order sooner in the day, but transit time is ultimately determined by the courier, not by us.
🤝 What if I forget to mark my order as priority?
If you’ve already placed your order and forgot to include a priority note, please contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee changes after the fact, we’ll do our best to assist if your order hasn’t yet been processed.
