🚫 High-Risk / Fraudulent Orders
If your order is flagged as high risk or potentially fraudulent by our payment processor or fraud detection systems, it will be:
Automatically cancelled and refunded in full
We will not process high-risk orders under any circumstances
✅ To avoid this, ensure your billing and shipping addresses match and you are not ordering from an IP address that is geographically distant from your payment address.
📍 No Address Changes After Checkout
For fraud prevention and operational security:
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed
If you need to update your address, contact us before the order ships to request a cancellation and refund
You may then place a new order with the correct information
🔄 In most cases, if an incorrect address is used and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund you for the items once received. However, shipping fees may not be refunded.
We understand that browsers sometimes auto-fill outdated addresses, so please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
💰 Inaccurate Payment Amounts
If you're paying via Email Bank Transfer, Cheque, or PayPal, please ensure the payment amount exactly matches your order total.
Overpayments will be fully refunded, and the order will be cancelled and not processed
We are unable to hold or manually adjust overpayments for future use
