💧 Saline Arrived Damp or Leaking – What Should I Do?

If your saline order appears damp, wet, or possibly leaking, we’re here to help. In most cases, moisture on the packaging is caused by condensation, not leakage—but we’ll work with you to verify and resolve the issue quickly.

🔍 First, Check for These Signs:

Please inspect your order and confirm the following:

  • Was the box visibly damaged upon delivery?
  • Are any saline containers empty or partially filled?
  • Is the box or any part of the packaging soaked or clearly wet?
  • If possible, take photos of the packaging and saline containers to document the issue

💡 Important Note on Condensation

Saline is sensitive to temperature changes during transit. It is very common for condensation to form on the outside of the bags or inside the shipping box, especially when items go from a cold delivery truck into a warm indoor environment.

In these cases, the items may feel damp but are not actually leaking.

📸 What to Do Next

If you’re still unsure whether the product is defective:

  • Take clear photos of the box, saline bags, and any visible moisture
  • Reach out to our team at [email protected] or text 587-800-3595
  • Include your order number and the photos, and let us know what you observed

We’ll review your information promptly and assist with a resolution.
