Thank you for considering Birth Supplies Canada for your international order. Please carefully review the following information before placing an order to a destination outside of Canada.

📦 Customs & Duty Charges

• Your parcel may be held at customs.  In approx 20% of cases, these delays can be 14 days or longer.

• You may be contacted by the courier to pay any applicable duties or taxes before delivery.

• We do not guarantee shipping times outside Canada, as customs delays are beyond our control.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the courier issues a refund for a service error.

⚕️ Medical Supplies & Customs Restrictions

• All of our items carry valid Health Canada medical device licensing.

• However, they may not be licensed in your country.

• We recommend purchasing medical supplies from a local supplier in your country whenever possible to avoid delays or customs rejections.

If your parcel is returned to us by customs, we will:

• Refund the value of the products,

• Not refund the shipping fees,

• Deduct any customs/holding charges billed to us.

🚫 Hard-to-Ship Items

Some items are not suitable for international shipping, including:

• Liquids (e.g., individual bags of saline)

• Fragile or temperature-sensitive products

These products are high-risk and often arrive damaged or are rejected at customs. We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed too risky to ship outside Canada.
