How fast will my order ship?

Please note that often couriers update their system to say a parcel has been delivered when actually it’s just on the truck and out for delivery.  When they update theirs, it automatically updates our website too.  Please hold tight another day and if your parcel has not been delivered let us know and/or contact the courier directly to expedite the process.

Another option is that a notice was put at your door but your items are at the closest pickup location.  You can use your tracking number to contact the courier to see if it is there and ready for pickup

Heavy or bulky orders such as those including birth pools or saline are often disqualified from the free shipping promotion as their volumetric weight exceeds the allowable limits.   

Weight is based on "volumetric" weight, so if there is something bigger but light, it would show as weighing more than the actual weight. This is how the couriers calculate our fees and they increase roughly over each 5kg threshold.
